Rotary Screw VFD Option
The Rotary Screw Air Compressor is the most efficient
choice when considering variable speed applications, for
all types of industries. When compared to a vane type air
compressor, the Rotary Screw does not depend on
centrifugal force to operate the compressor. In fact, a
vane-style compressor depends on high RPM to slide the
cylinder vanes. This means when pump speeds are
dropped, there isn't enough centrifugal force to continue
operating efficiently. A rotating screw model will operate at lower pressures and higher CFM
(cubic feet per minute), resulting in more efficiency at higher PSI ranges up to 232 PSI if
needed.

Patented 5 to 6 screw rotor profile is designed to operate at low tip speed with high volumetric efficiency. The male rotor has 5 teeth, the female rotor has 6. This tooth combination can improve energy efficiency, and decrease excessive fluid backflow, due to the similar circumference speed ratio of the two rotors.

New Generation Controller
The MAM6090 controller is a user-friendly, commercial grade air compressor controller. This unit has a variety of key features that are extremely easy to use and set up in your application. Here are some of its key features:
The MAM controller has an auto-shutdown system that can sense when the unit is over pressure and will shut the equipment down. It has a maximum pressure setting that you can adjust to protect the unit.
The MAM comes equipped with optional wifi capability to allow you to check on your compressor remotely. You can monitor, diagnose and control your air compressor from anywhere in the world including being able to schedule maintenance intervals. The MAM will notify you when an alarm occurs, so you can address the issue immediately.
The automatic shut off feature is designed to shut the unit down if the voltage is too high or if any of the sensors (temperature, pressure, or air flow) are too high or low these settings can be changed in the controller according to your needs. This will protect you from an overheated motor and damage to the unit.
The proper use of equipment is important for the safety and well-being of those using the compressor. Keep track of maintenance services and preventative maintenance with a built in Clock and Date. The built in Light can be used for you to see the controller in poorly light area. Parameters allow for quick basic information to be accessed such as total running time, total load hours and services hours remaining for next service. It also gives you a detailed history of alarms making it easy to diagnose any issues.
Programmed Scheduling – this controller can be programmed to start in the morning, shuts itself off at lunch, if needed and turns itself on based upon a pre-programmed schedule. If power is lost, it will automatically restart itself, eliminating the need for a maintenance crew to shut down or restart it after the loss of power. Master Slave – this controller can switch from one unit to another and maintain equal service maintenance hours among all units, it can connect 4 units together and control all of them from one controller (Master).
Industrial Motors
Specially designed for extreme duty applications, our motor series is constructed with a larger conduit box for easier connections, and has superior sealing for better environmental protection. Full cast iron construction is more robust than the standard rolled steel, ensuring reliability in even the most extreme work conditions. With longer fins all around for better cooling, this motor runs at a lower temperature, increasing the life of the winding insulation. A cooler running motor delivers higher efficiency
