📦 Why is this required? LTL freight carriers deliver to your location but do not provide unloading equipment unless liftgate service is requested. If you have ordered liftgate service, the carrier will lower the unit to ground level using their hydraulic liftgate. If you are using your own forklift or have a loading dock, you are responsible for ensuring the proper equipment and personnel are on-site at the time of delivery. This form confirms your unloading arrangement and that you have read the delivery requirements.
Lynx Air Compressors — LTL Shipping & Delivery Requirements
All Lynx Air Compressors shipments are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers and are fully insured during transit.
Forklift Requirements
If the customer intends to unload the shipment using their own forklift, photos of the forklift must be provided prior to shipment. If liftgate service is requested, forklift photos are not required.
Delivery Documentation
A photo showing the forklift unloading the compressor from the carrier's truck will be requested separately after delivery.
Redelivery Charges
If the carrier schedules a delivery appointment and no qualified person or unloading equipment is available at the time of delivery, any redelivery charges assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Inspection
Please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage should be documented with photographs and noted on the carrier paperwork. Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may affect any claims.
Forklift Photo Required
Upload a clear photo of the forklift that will be used to unload the compressor. The photo must show the full forklift. Multiple photos are accepted.
